Vaccinations -

• All rabbits must be vaccinated against myxomatosis and Viral Haemorrhagix Disease 1 and 2. These should be given at least 21 days before boarding begins to allow for immunity.
• Proof of vaccinations MUST be provided at drop-off or boarding will be refused.
• Guinea Pigs do not require any vaccines.

Payment -

• We require a £20 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking, this will be deducted from the final balance.
• The balance of boarding is to be paid on the day of drop-off. We accept cash or bank transfer.

Cancellations -

• Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your pets stay, and note that your deposit is non-refundable.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the drop-off date will be required to pay 50% of the outstanding balance.

Early collection -

• If you would like to collect your pet early, please contact us in advance to arrange a new collection date/time.
• There will be no refund for any ‘unused’ nights if you collect your pet early.

Extended Stay -

• If you in need of adding on extra nights whilst your pet is already in our care, we will do our best to accommodate but please understand this may not be possible during busy periods.
• If your pet is left with us for longer than the booked period without prior agreement, extra nights will be charged at 1.5 times the rate.

Drop off and Collection -

• Drop off and collection times are by appointment only. If you are running late or need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible.

Feeding -

• We ask that you provide us with enough of your pets dried food for the duration of their stay as any change to their regular dry food can be detrimental to their health. If we have to buy more dried food for your pet we will ensure it is the same brand and this will be charged to you.

Sickness -

• In the unfortunate vet that your pet is unwell during their stay we will seek medical advice from our local vet and we will act in the best interest of your pet. Any medication provided will be administered as per instructions immediately. All costs will be charged to you.
• In the unlikely event that your pet passes away during their stay, we will notify you as soon as possible so that arrangements can be made. In the event that contact cannot be made, we will arrange for your pet to be cremated with our local vets. All costs will be charged to you.

Abandoned Pets -

• Any pets that are not collected within 7 days of the arranged collection date will be surrendered to a rehoming service.

Pets are left entirely at the owners risk and we accept no liability for ANY illness or injury during their stay.

Agreement to Terms and Condition - By paying your deposit for boarding you agree to our terms and conditions.
